This is the video for how to start Mattila Day inside of your V M.
00:10
So the first thing you want to do is go ahead and open a new terminal.
00:17
And
00:19
when you first come into the terminal, you're gonna be in the home directory for you. Bunch of That's the user that you logged in as
00:30
there is a directory called Mattila Day.
00:33
So you can just CD into that
00:39
and inside of there you're going to see a text file that has instructions for running motility
00:46
so you can use them to read that.
00:53
And so what I would suggest is to go ahead and open another terminal window
01:00
so that you can perform the instructions in a different window. So the first thing it says is to become route. OK, no problem.
01:10
That pseudo dash I we know our password is reverse
01:17
and then we need to CD to opt lamp,
01:27
and then we just need to run this command.
01:38
Now there's several components that are required in order to run Mattila Day. It's running my SQL database and Apache server
01:49
and so on. And so all those components need to start properly. So now, at this point, everything seems like it's running fine so we can go ahead and open our browser.
02:07
So one thing that you can note is
02:10
there is a bookmark for you to use
02:15
and I have labeled it Mattila Day and so you can just click this
02:22
and it should bring up the application without any problem.
02:27
Now, if you do have a problem, it could be that foxy proxy is blocking you.
02:34
So make sure that you completely disabled Foxy proxy First,
02:38
if you have burbs sweet on that could certainly be blocking the request from going through. So
02:46
go ahead and completely disabled foxy proxy, and you should be able to come to motility. And if you want to, just quickly check it to make sure that the SQL database is working,
02:59
you can go to the log in page. You can log in a CZ John
03:05
password is password
03:07
and just verify
03:09
that you're able to log in
