Now, I have here

the Traditional Azure Certification Roadmap.

Typically, we start out as an

>> AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals,

>> and then we jump into Azure administrator or

developer or security engineer depending on your role.

Me personally, I'm a security engineer so

this might be the natural route
00:00
that I might want to take,
00:00
but if you're an IT operations engineer
00:00
or systems engineer or sys admin,
00:00
>> this might be a great one for you
00:00
>> and that's what we've taken.
00:00
>> What do you want to do after you have taken this exam?

Well, we have a couple prorated certification
00:00
or expert-rated certifications that you can go after.
00:00
The DevOps engineer is a good one,

the Azure Solution Architect is
00:00
the natural transition from our Azure Administrator.

This will help you get even
00:00
better on designing elaborate,
00:00
highly available, and secure
00:00
architecture in Microsoft Azure.
00:00
It also covers a lot of
00:00
the other services that we didn't touch on,
00:00
we talked a lot about the core infrastructure services
00:00
in this course.
00:00
The Azure Solution Architect is
00:00
going to talk about other things and talk about
00:00
how to expand it out in
00:00
different regions and different situations.
00:00
Really good course, and even better,

You might want to pass your Azure Administrator

and then jump into the developer,

maybe because you're interested in going for DevOps,

or maybe you jump into the Azure Security Engineer

because you're interested in learning how to

secure the Cloud a little better.

Both are great options for you,

so you have various options.

This is just within the Azure certification roadmap.

I didn't highlight the other certifications

you can't pursue,

but there's the other clouds out there,

there's the AWS, the Amazon Cloud, and they have

all different certifications that you can pursue.

so if you'd like to jump into

that ecosystem,

you want to learn about a different Cloud,

you can go that route and maybe

pursue certification over there if you're interested.

there's a lot of other Clouds out there

>> for the most part, all the big ones do.

Google Cloud are all going to be highly desirable.

If you have certifications,

you have a high chance of getting a job

or at least getting the opportunity

to get an interview for a job.

They're all good, solid choices,

I do recommend any of them if you are looking to move

on in your career as a Cloud engineer.
