Technical Support Specialist

In this lab, you will assume the role of a Technical Support Specialist tasked with reviewing the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensuring that user workstations comply with approved services and ports, firewall configurations, updates and patches, group policies and virtual machine memory allocation.
