This troubleshooting module contains no walkthroughs for diagnosing the problems that have been identified in exercise 1. Instead, the commands that are required to resolve the identified issues have been documented in exercise 2 so that you can verify your troubleshooting logic. You will need to use the commands that you have learnt in your course material to help find the cause and identify the resolution of these problems.

Exercise 1 – Problem definitions
In this troubleshooting module you will need to use your knowledge and skills as a Cisco engineer to resolve the problems that have been identified in this exercise.
The lab has been pre-configured with a number of issues, you will need to resolve these issues in sequence as verifying the resolution of some of the activities may have dependencies on a previous problem.
Exercise 2 – Problem resolutions
This section describes the configuration changes you should have made on the devices in the previous exercise to have met the requirements.
It’s important to note that in some cases there are a number of ways you can achieve the same task, the documented method here may not be identical to the approach you have taken.
