- Running Macros on Opened or Closed Workbook
Lab time: It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete this lab.
Exercise 2 - Running Macros on Opened or Closed Workbook
You can cause a macro to run automatically when a workbook opens simply by naming it AutoOpen. Similarly, you can cause a macro to run when a workbook closes by calling it AutoClose. AutoOpen macros can be particularly useful, for example, if you want to refresh data from an external source whenever you open a workbook.
