Exercise 1 - Configuring HTTP Access to Analysis Services on IIS

In this exercise, you will learn to enable HTTP access to Analysis Services by configuring the MSMDPUMP.dll on the IIS. The MSDMPUMP.dll provides redirection to the local or remote Analysis Services instance. It also creates an HTTP endpoint to an Analysis Server instance.

This demonstration assumes that IIS is already configured and Analysis Services is already installed on PLABSQL01. In addition, the demonstration assumes that the following components that are necessary for HTTP access to Analysis Services are installed in IIS.
