Hey, everyone, welcome to the Sumo Logic Cloud Native Machine Data Analytics Service Course. My name is Ken, and I'll be your instructor for this course in this video, we're to talk about some of the prerequisites for this course as well as the intended audience will also give a little background as myself, your instructor.

So this course is designed for anyone to take, but is really a good idea if you have some basic computer networking or some basics, examine knowledge as well as some basic cloud knowledge specifically around using AWS.

This course it's intended for anyone that's looking to use Suma logic solution or that's interested in it, as well as just anybody with an interest in this type. Of course.

So who am I? What? My name is Ken Underhill in the master instructor Sai Buri. I hold a couple of industry searched, certified ethical hacker and computer hacking forensic investigator from EEC Council also hold a graduate degree in cybersecurity and information assurance, UNAIDS, young professor of digital forensics, and also won an award in 2019 for outstanding educator from SC Media.

So with this course, we're gonna have some downloadable guides. It'll be helpful for you, though, containing some helpful links for you. Find out some more information as well. Some step by step guides for all the demonstration parts in this course.

I do want to stress that you more than likely be using a demo version of sumo logic. But I've already got a pre configured demo environments set up that I'll be using as I film this course. So just keep in mind that your environment may not look exactly like the one I'm easy.

So this course is gonna be structured with a couple of things. We're gonna have some power Point lecture is just a couple of them with the slides. And then we're gonna do mostly demonstrations in this course. And with that, a couple of case studies where we'll talk through. Why a Some sample companies are going to be using the sumo logic.

So in this video, we just talked about some of the pre RECs for the scores again. Really, anybody can take it, but it's a good idea to have some background in networking or as the sys admin, as well as some basic cloud knowledge.
