  • Locking down switchports

Exercise 1 - Spanning Tree Portfast and Rapid Spanning Tree

In this exercise, you will see the impacts of configuring portfast on an interface, and switching from PVST on the core switches within the lab.

Exercise 2 - Locking Down Switchports

In a previous module, you saw how to enable port security and enable bpdu/root guard and storm control. In this exercise, you will learn how to further protect your switched infrastructure.

Exercise 3 - ARP inspection DHCP snooping and IP source guard

In this exercise you will learn how to configure ARP inspection, DHCP snooping and IP Source guard.
