The Configure VPN and Routing module provides you with the instruction and server hardware to develop your hands on skills in the defined topics. This module includes the following exercises:
- Configure VPN
- Configure IP Routing
- Configure Network Address Translation
Exercise 1 - Configure VPN
In this exercise, you will install and configure Windows virtual private network (VPN) using Microsoft Routing and Remote Access service (RRAS).
Exercise 2 - Configure IP Routing
In this exercise, you will configure LAN routing using Microsoft Routing and Remote Access service (RRAS). Windows Server 2012 like the earlier versions has a PC-based routing solution that can be used by small organisations as an interim routing infrastructure for their network.
Exercise 3 - Configure Network Address Translation
In this exercise, you will configure Network Address Translator server Microsoft Routing and Remote Access service (RRAS). NAT Server provides shared Internet access and conceals internal network address from the public network.
