The Configure File and Disk Encryption module provides you with the instruction and server hardware to develop your hands on skills in the defined topics. This module includes the following exercises:
- Configure EFS in a Workgroup
- Encrypt User Files/Folders
- Configure BitLocker Encryption
Exercise 1 - Configure EFS in a Workgroup
In this exercise, you will configure the following file and disk encryption technologies like Encrypting File System (EFS) and Bit Locker.
Exercise 2 - Encrypt User Files/Folders
In this exercise, you will perform the tasks required to protect files and folders using EFS.
Exercise 3 - Configure BitLocker Encryption
In this exercise, you will enable Bit Locker encryption for a fixed drive. Bitlocker allows you to encrypt the entire volume of your disk storage, something that is not supported by Encrypting File System.
