  • Verify the IPS configuration

Exercise 1 - Configure Cisco IOS IPS using the CLI

In this exercise, you will install the IPS feature on NYEDGE1 using the CLI. Some parts still need to be implemented on the router, and the relevant files required to implement this feature are available on the Intranet on the home page of Internet Explorer on PLABCSCO01.

Exercise 2 - Verify the IPS

In this exercise, you will test the IPS functionality that you configured in the first exercise.
