Exercise 1 - Automate System Administration Tasks by Scheduling Jobs

Linux enables you to automate some regular jobs such that they run automatically at a pre-scheduled time, without any intervention from the system administrator. Examples of such tasks include backing up the system, verifying the update status of the system, or reporting resource-inventory of the system. This automation is enabled by the CRON utility in Linux. In this exercise, you will understand how to automate system administration tasks by scheduling jobs.
