Hi everyone, I'm sorry to be asking about this but the email support hasn't responded in days. Also sorry for the fact that this is a totally noob question. I recently spent $287 to purchase the voucher to take the CompTIA+ test (I do have the code). However, I see nowhere the instructions on how to redeem said voucher. I believe that when you register for the exam, you use the voucher code when it asks for payment. There should be a place to enter the voucher number. I'm afraid I now have a more serious issue; when trying to schedule the exam, I get the following message when entering my voucher number: "This voucher cannot be used with appointments scheduled in Costa Rica" I never saw any notice when purchasing the voucher it would not be valid or invalid depending on the country. Can someone please assist me? Thank you.
