Event Logs with Autopsy

Event logs are files that record information about significant occurrences on a system. In this lab, you will learn what Event Logs are, how to view them and what kind of information you can find in them. You will then learn how to use the digital forensic tool Autopsy to extract and view an Image Event Log.
