What is Microsoft 365 Fundamentals?

The Microsoft 365 Fundamentals course provides the knowledge you need to pass the MS-900 certification exam and support and manage cloud services for your organization.

Little is required to prepare for this course. Some basic understanding of cloud computing in general may help but is not 100% necessary.

This is also a great course for IT Professionals who are simply looking to acquire foundational knowledge on cloud fundamentals. This includes the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services in general and the Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model specifically, with a general focus on Microsoft 365 cloud service offerings

After completing this course, you will be able to understand cloud concepts; core Microsoft 365 services and concepts; security, compliance, privacy, and trust in Microsoft 365; and Microsoft 365 pricing and support. These are all key areas that Microsoft considers part of passing the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals exam.

Target Audience

This course is intended for users who want foundational knowledge on the considerations and benefits of adopting cloud services in general and the Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud model. The user will also cover knowledge of available options and benefits gained by implementing Microsoft 365 cloud service offerings.
