Enterprise Security Leadership: Conflict Resolution for Cyber Leaders
Course Description

Conflict resolution is a touchy subject, yet conflict is the very essence of cybersecurity. As cyberattacks have the potential to bring down companies of any size and even entire governments, cybersecurity leaders must develop conflict resolution skills to help drive progress and better protect the companies and people they work with.

Using the two main aspects of resolution – assertiveness, and cooperativeness - these dimensions can be broken down into five core methods of dealing with conflict: avoidance, competition, accommodation, collaboration, and compromise.
