Course Description
Upon completing this lab, you should be able to:
- Define "firewall".
- Identify and describe different types of firewalls.
- Install a pfSense firewall from from installation media.
- Configure WAN and LAN interfaces on a pfSense firewall.
- Navigate key features of a pfSense firewall, including Rules, NAT, Routing, System Logs, and DNS.
- Configure DHCP for the LAN on a pfSense firewall.
- Create and test firewall rules on a pfSense firewall.
- Create a DMZ on a pfSense firewall.
- Configure NAT on a pfSense firewall.
