Students will configure and troubleshoot Switches, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) issues, access and trunk ports, VLAN Trunking Protocol (VTP), Inter-VLAN routing, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (IP conflicts), EIGRP for IPv4 & IPv6, OSPFv2&3 for IPv4 & IPv6, etc.

Students will learn easily using flash cards (which aid easy remembrance) and preparation for the ICND2 exam. Concepts such as Hot Standby Routing Protocol (HSRP), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMPv2&3), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), EtherChannel, Switch stacking, Chassis Aggregation, Application Programming Interfaces (API), Traffic shaping and Policing can be easily remembered.
