If I purchase a monthly subscription, can I switch to an annual plan at a later date?
Yes, you can switch your monthly Cybrary Insider Pro subscription to an annual subscription and vice versa. To make this change, go to your Account settings in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar and click Membership. From there, you’ll be able to edit your subscription. Any subscription change will take effect at your next renewal period. If you wish to make an immediate change, please contact support@cybrary.it.
Can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time. You will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not provide refunds for any subscriptions purchased.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on previous purchases. Cybrary Insider Pro is available in both monthly and annual subscription options. We provide advance notice prior to annual renewals for both Cybrary Insider Pro and Cybrary for Teams. Should you have questions regarding our refund policy, please contact support@cybrary.it.
