HPING3 Not Working

I'm running Kali-Linux 2017.2 on a Windows 10 pro with HyperV with Bridged network over wireless, I can run the ping command to my laptop but when I try and do HPING3 it fails 100% of the time, I can however HPING my gateway (router) and it will return a result. Anyone else have this issue? The fact that it is working on your router it maybe that the VM which you are using is on a different network segment and the packets are being dropped try to check the target's firewall and if it is on the same network as your attack machine. Check Your Firewall
