Changing Ip Address In Kali Linux On Vmware

How am i should change/hide my ip in kali linux on a virtual environment?? it's bugging me can anyone give me a suitable solution, thanks! :) What are you using it for? Lab environment or out in the wild? out in the wild lol just trying to be cool ;) On a VM you can do it by changing options in eth0. Use ifconfig to see what your ip is now and change it accordingly.
