Hi there, I've been trying to access videos on this site, however I keep getting this error and I can't seem to figure out why. I'm using Comodo Dragon as my browser with high security settings, but I've tried it at minimal settings and on IE and still no luck. Any advice? Thanks

Hi @dannylad, The 'privacy settings' error typically occurs with Firefox when there is a discrepancy between the browser version and flash. That's, at least, what I have discovered so far. My typical suggestion is to disable the Flash browser plug-in so that the vimeo player is forced to use HTML5. This works in most cases. Dragon is based off Chrome so if you enter chrome://plugins/ (or perhaps dragon://plugins/) you should be brought to the plugin setting menu. Simply disable the 'Adobe Flash Player' plugin and try viewing the course video again. If this does not work for you please let me know so we can find another solution for you! --Stark

My apologies for the late reply - your suggestion worked perfectly! Can't believe it was that simple ;) Thanks!

@dannylad Great! I'm glad that solution worked for you! --Stark
