Windows Features: 32 vs 64 bit, Aero, Gadgets & UAC

Windows Features: 32 vs/64 bit. In this lesson we examine the concept and contrast the differences between 32 bit operations and 64 bit operations.  This isn’t so much a feature as a distinction between how it operations relative to RAM usage. 32 bit means recognition of 32 bit addresses, this configuration uses up to 4G or RAM, which means more limited capabilities. You’ll learn about 32 and 64 bit applications, how & where they work, and you’ll learn how to determine whether 32 or 64 bit programs should run on a computing device. We’ll also discuss what is possible when a 32 bit computing system is upgraded to a 64 bit computing system and what, if any issues may materialize as a result.
