Description
NTFS Inheritance/Propagation In this lesson, we discuss NFTS Inheritance and Propagation and examine what they mean. NTFS permissions are automatically created on every file and folder as soon as a file or folder is created.  We’ll examine how to modify those permission, the process of extending access and rights to a file or folder for the purpose of sharing, what’s met by “explicit,” what an attribute is, and what the concept of “least privilege” is. You’ll learn how the network recognizes shared rights and permissions, and how long it takes all resources on the network to recognize shared/denied rights and permissions.
