and this next post tutorial, I'm gonna be showing you different ways that you convey your assets with the next pose.
Now, in previous videos,
I've showed you how to create reports which are great for distributing it out to different people. Base lining and remediating
reports a much more formal and not always the easiest, most efficient way to get the information that you're looking for out of our next pose.
So we're gonna do is go and click on the Assets tab.
And this will show you all the different ways that you can view assets that I've ever been skinned.
You'll notice the top two, but by sites and by asset groups, which I have gone over and other videos and these are the more common ways notice. If you click on sites,
this is just gonna bring you to a site listing
what you can. Then click on the particular site that you want
and view all the assets within that site.
I'm just gonna go and click on back
and I'll show you the same for the asset groups. You can go and then click on an asset group
and this will show you all the devices within that asset group.
Now, the more interesting ways to view your assets are by operating system by service is running on them and buy software.
So first I'll go ahead and show you by operating system.
And what this is going to do is list all the different operating systems that have ever been found. By next pose.
This gives you an easy way to view, say, all of your windows. Exp professional systems. So I'm gonna go and click on this
and you'll see a listing of all of those devices with this operating system.
Also, a little trick if you want to export this to excel to reference later on. If using I'II, they'll have an export to excel icon right here.
Clicking on this will open up Excel and copy this entire portal it onto a spreadsheet.
Next, we just gonna go back
and I'll show you that you could do the same thing with service is
So you see, a listing of all the service is that next was found.
You can go find one, So just telling that click on it,
you know, show you all the devices that are running, telling that same thing goes, this export to excel icon is available in any of the port. Let's within expose you. I
final way to view is by software So quick hair. And it was sure you're listening all the software on all of the devices in your system.
So here, same thing. Next boat show you all the software installed, and then you click on anything you want, and it will show you the devices that have this software installed on them.
Then you can even continue further and click on the particular device.
And next balls will bring into the device. Listing

We go back to that assets page.
Oh, of course, you can also view just a listing of all of your assets within next. Bos.
