Description
Network Protocols Now that we’ve covered TCP and UDP, we can examine network protocols in general and other networking protocols that impact or define communication transmissions. Network protocols provide additional rules on how to send and receive information AND they work in conjunction with either the TCP which is connection based or UDP which is connectionless protocol, meaning its job is to send information. In this lesson we’ll diagram a network environment and demonstrate several communication paths to explain how network protocols work with TCP or UDP to complete a communication transmission.
