Prior to taking this course, you should have a good working knowledge of computer networking,
for example, being familiar with protocols such as TCP UDP and terminology such as pink tests or nodes.
You should also have the basic understanding off, never security operations
such as the CIA, triad,
encryption and hashing
and also have the enthusiasm for learning more about managing network operations.
My name is Shane Jane, and I'll be your instructor for this course. I have been the lead network engineer for more than four years in the telecommunications industry, involved with projects from design to maintenance,
and I have the continuous passion to learn and desire to inspire.
This course is intended for career professionals looking to develop their understanding and skill on the roles and responsibilities in network operational management and to gain firm knowledge on best practices and concepts for monitoring and maintaining that work operations securely.
