So we're close to the end of this module, and let's just do a short recap off what you have bean able to learn in this module. So at the beginning, you have seen how to sort data in excel using ah, either
pretty find fast sorting. We'd just one level
or two. You sort button and do the sorting with more than one level of sorting.
Um, then you have seen what the filters are and how are they used.
And after that, we had two lessons about grouping on grouping cells and creating sub totals,
which are similar in the in function. Although subtitles do more than just group, they also creates up totals off the certain dating in a certain calm.
Then you have bean able to see how to validate dating a cell and how to create drop down lists, which is very important if you're creating templates or files that somebody else should use toe, enter data in it.
This way, you can prevent them from entering wrong kind of data or data that is not in the range that is expecting these cells.
So if somebody's to enter the measure temperature
outside their house, you can limit that, for example, for anywhere in the world to be between minor, 60 and plus 60. Because
uh, that's the limit in which
the most extreme temperatures were ever measured.
Um, but you can also limited to some other limits, whichever you find useful. You can also prevent somebody from entering text data in a cell that should have, ah, just the numbers or entering negative numbers,
not in the cell that
the should have. Ah,
um should be used for Principal Square Road or entering zero in a cell which will be used in some other function to divide something because that will generator. Also, you have seen that you can create drop down lists in which
user just has to click on the the arrow
and choose one off the possible given answers or possible values to fill in the cell.
And finally, you have seen how to consolidate data from different sheets.
Now, before we end this lesson in next video, you will have the explanation on how to do
Ah, the labs for this module, you will also have ah, pdf file which explains you how to do the same labs manually, step by step.
So thank you for listening. And, uh,
please continue with this course
