Installing and Configuring Operating Systems (part 7)

In this last lesson on Installing and Configuring Operating System, we look at specific after post settings that may be required.

For example, we look at domain and workgroup requirement, explain the difference between the two and examine why Windows requires that information.

We’ll introduce the concept of domain controllers and explain their function.  You’ll learn what types of administrative function domain controllers perform and why that is important to the OS configuration process, and you’ll learn about configuring other operational settings such as time, region and language and the operating systems relationship to keyboard layout and its functionality.
