Display Connectors: BNC, HDMI & RJ45

BNC (Bayonet Neill-Concelman) connections are commonly used in more industrial environments. RJ45 connectors are used when you need to extend a video from several different devices. BNC is used for security purposes such as security screens or camera’s and prevents sliding on the Coax cable. The HDMI connector is digital, video and audio connector which comes in 4 types and we’ll diagram each and explain pin configuration and where they are used.  HDMI delivers high resolution and high quality resolution which varies based upon the device it’s deployed to support. And finally we discuss RJ45 with an examination of its port assignment, how it transmits data, and the implication of distance on its implementation.
