So this is not a template file that you get when you're saving it. And this is why it's called template.
You get a template file, you feel the data in, and when you say save, not say vase. But when you say save,
the possibility to save it as a different,
This is the good thing about the template. You don't accidentally overwrite it. So when you say save,
it gives you an option and gives you a different name. So it's weekly attendance report, and then you get one.
And instead of one, you can say

and you get it filled. And now, if you want to go again and open this template

Or you can just rename. Put the name or change the name yourself, and you will get whatever you want. You will get it saved under that name.
So this is what the template file is, and this is how you use it.
