Video Description

Now we look at what 32 bit vs. 64 bit really means. The bit structure articulates how much data can be transmitted and memory can be used in that transmission. You'll learn what is met by the 3 gig wall, what its RAM limitations are and how that impacts memory expansion, vs. the capabilities of the 64 bit environment. We'll chart and contrast 32bit vs. 64bit as it relates to CPU speed and capabilities, OS functionality and application use, speed and functionality and why when upgrades are necessary, the motherboard, CPU and entire infrastructure must be consistent to support either 32bit or 64.
