 Background: Troy is the Marketing Manager for a company. Because he often deals with the public, his email account is routinely subject to various scams and other attacks. Upon arriving to work today, Troy notices an email with the subject “Urgent Security Message.” In the body of the e-mail, it says, “User must remove Boot.ini file due to corrupted data. This file is potentially harmful to user’s operating system.
