NotepadAdministrator Account

Administrator Account-  can make system wide changes view and take ownership of files that are not theirs.

Divide up who can do what

– should not be named Administrator

– Group names

– should have at least one local administrator account with  built in administrator account .

Run as a standard user and use admin account for 

If that computer falls off the domain

Run as an administrator – temporarily giving permission to that one user.  Should not always be logged in as administrator and will not be as extreme consequences if that person is compromised.
