About Michelle Boardman-Cogswell

Michelle Boardman-Cogswell was a Fellow at Indiana University, where she received my Master’s in Rhetoric and Graduate Certificate in Professional Editing. After working in traditional SGML for the Peirce Edition Project and on an National Endowment for the Humanities funded program preserving the ENIAC, one of the original computers created to compute ballistics data, she quickly learned that she enjoyed the fast-paced challenges and strategy of the business world.

A major project Michelle worked on was to get her company's software, PinkVerify, certified through Pink Elephant in 2007. She needed to prove that her ITSM software solution met requirements for ITIL best practices. She looks forward to sharing more of her best practices with you in her ITIL 4 Foundations course!
