    Greetings,

    What TCP flags are set in an Xmas scan packet? Nmap -sX

    Nmap site says: FIN, PUSH and URG flags are set. However, Wikipedia says: SYN, FIN, PUSH and URG flags are set. I just want to know which one is correct…

    If no one knows for sure, I can use wireshark to capture Xmas scan packets to see which TCP flags are set but I just don’t feel like doing it right now. Thanks!

    I suppose nmap has at least a vague notion of how nmap works…
