    Sat the ITIL Foundation exam using EXIN Online last week.
    Passed the actual exam, just waiting on the remote proctor to verify the video footage. Fingers crossed.

    The ITIL Foundation course on Cybrary was a good introduction, but not enough that you could pass the exam.
    The book below was a great help.

    @smackie: Congratulations!

    Thanks Drood

    @smackie: do you plan on pursuing ITIL further? I was working towards ITIL Pracitioner certification but had more immediate obligations/opportunities at my job so I felt it would be more in my own best (self) interest to focus on those.

    BTW I agree that Cybrary’s course is a great study aid, but I would not depend on it alone to pass the exam. Anyway-again congrats and best wishes.

    Got the official confirmation from EXIN yesterday that the remote proctor footage was ok, so that’s me certified 🙂

    @drood, no mate, i don’t plan on going any further. I work in a 3rd Line Tech role, and the only reason i went for the ITIL Foundation cert was because when i was recently job hunting (due to an impending redundancy) I saw a few 3rd Line roles looking for it, or at least desirable to have.

    I plan to upgrade my 2008 MCSA next.

    @smackie: watch your mail; your
    pin should arrive in a week or two. Mine arived fairly quickly.

    Congrats on passing.

    Thanks for the extra tips!!!
