    Hello.

I am not sure that i place this topic to correct place. I am interested in your own honest opinions. Today i found this: https://www.cybersecuritymentalist.com/en/
And if digging a bit deeper, the guys are providing the companies some tool for analyzing behavioural habits of their employees and therefore forecasting the possible secority risks that the employees can cause, basing on this scheme:
    https://www.cybersecuritymentalist.com/en/company/risk-profiling

I cannot explain in words, but intuitivly i feel something is very wrong with all this approach. What is your opinion on it? Is this ethical?

I wouldn’t say its unethical, but its definitely walking the fine line. Depending on how/what “openly available” information they use, they could be operating well out of any ethical range.
