    Very, very broad question and one I feel like will continue to be expanded upon as people help answer this topic.

    I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 desktop and an Inspiron 300 mini laptop.

    1. What are some basic best practices that will maximize my security?

    2. What files should I look over and study in my directories (C:) to see if there have been any malware/ unwanted software installations?

    3. Should I abandon Gmail for Outlook? I am slowly leaving Google…
