The Troubleshoot a vSphere Network, Storage, Upgrade and Performance Issues module provides you with the instruction and server hardware to develop your hands on skills in the defined topics. This module includes the following exercises:
- Troubleshoot vSphere storage and network issues
- Troubleshoot vSphere upgrades
- Troubleshoot and monitor vSphere performance
Exercise 1 - Troubleshoot vSphere Storage and Network Issues
To ensure smooth working and service-availability of a network and storage environment, you must manage and maintain the storage and network configuration on the host. In this exercise, you will focus on monitoring vSphere storage and network configuration.
Exercise 2 - Troubleshoot vSphere Upgrades
You may run into issues or problems when you are upgrading the older version of vSphere.
Exercise 3 - Troubleshoot and Monitor vSphere Performance
To ensure the continuity and availability of services on a network, you monitor the performance, manage the parameters, and troubleshoot performance related issues for the vCenter Server and its associated components (such as ESXi hosts) on the network. In this exercise, you will view tasks and events and use charts to monitor the performance of the VMware components on the Practice Labs network.
