Exercise 1 - Track Manual Testing for Sprints or Milestones
In this exercise, you will create test plans to track manual testing for sprints or milestones using Visual Studio Team Foundation Server.
Exercise 2 - Implementing Scrum in Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Visual Studio provides the Scrum process template that enables project teams to plan, track, view and report on the project progress. In this exercise, you will create a new team project using the Scrum process template that Visual Studio provides.
Exercise 3 - Implementing Kanban with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Kanban is a process that helps you to monitor the work in progress, visualize what needs to be done next and manage the flow of work. Microsoft Team Foundation Server enables you to implement Kanban process. It allows you to upload Kanban-enabled process template for creating your team project.
In this exercise, you will download ALM Rangers that provides the Microsoft Kanban 1.0 process template to easily implement Kanban process on Team Foundation Server.
Exercise 4 - Viewing Test Plan Reports
In this exercise, you will quickly view the progress of a test case using test result charts. The test result charts always provide up-to-date snapshots as they collect data directly from the Team Foundation Server data store.
