Exercise 1 - Manage Software Inventory
Using software inventory in SCCM 2012 enables you to collect information about all the files stored on the client computers in your organization. You can also use the software inventory to store the files collected from the client computers in a folder on the site server. In this exercise, you will learn to configure software metering rule, collect metering data and view software inventory through Resource Explorer.
