The Manage Role-based Access Control module provides you with the instruction and server hardware to develop your hands on skills in the defined topics. This module includes the following exercises:

Exercise 1 - Manage Role-based Access Control
vCenter works with the role-based access control, which means that depending on the role you have been granted, you will be able to perform only specific set of tasks. For example, an administrator has full privileges and hence, can perform all tasks. In this exercise, you will understand how to identify common vCenter Server privileges and manage users. Along with this, you will also learn to manage permissions for users and groups on the vCenter Servers. You will also learn to manage server roles. In this exercise, you will identify, configure, and administer various roles and their privileges on the VMware management servers and hosts.
