Introduction
The Deploying Windows 7 module provides you with the instruction and Server hardware to develop your hands on skills. This module includes the following exercises:
- Capture, Prepare and Deploy Windows System Images
- Prepare an Image for Deployment
- Configuring a VHD (Virtual Hard Disk)
Exercise 1 - Capture, Prepare, and Deploy a System Images
In this exercise, you will perform the tasks required to capture the system images and restore your computer system from these system images.
Exercise 2 - Prepare an Image for Deployment
In this exercise, you will perform the tasks required prepare an image for deployment.
Exercise 3 - Configuring a VHD
A native-boot VHD is a virtual hard disk which used on running operating system for designated hardware without any operating system. A VHD is connected to a virtual machine on a computer with a parent operating system.
