Remote Assistance is handy helpdesk support tool that can be used by support professionals to assist end-users when it comes to resolving common issues in Windows 10.

Setting up remote assistance involves the participation of an expert (technical support) and a novice (end-user). An end-user can use the help and support tool to invoke Remote Assistance by creating an invitation to the expert. The invite can be saved on network share or sent via e-mail.

In this exercise, you will set up and use the Remote Assistance tool in the target and local computers.
