Exercise 1 - Configure Encrypting File System
Computer users can protect their personal files using Encrypting File System (EFS). Like in the previous version of Windows, this feature can be implemented on standalone workstation and on the domain level.
Exercise 2 - Manage Removable Media Restrictions
In this exercise, you will configure basic security for portable storage media using Group Policy Objects.
Exercise 3 - Configure User Account Control
In this exercise you will learn how to configure settings in User Account Control. UAC prevents unintentional change on system settings of Windows.
Exercise 4 - Configure Microsoft System Centre 2012 - Endpoint Protection
In this exercise you will learn how to configure settings in System Centre 2012 – Endpoint Protection. This feature provides a centralized administrator that will interface Microsoft Security tools like Microsoft Security Essentials – a built-in antimalware for Windows desktop and Windows Firewall a host-based firewall.
