Exercise 1 - Protecting your Presentations
Being able to share your presentations with others is wonderful. But before you do so, it's a good idea to think about whether you want to give the recipient(s) full editorial access or restrict how the file is used and what's visible.
In this exercise, you will make a presentation read-only, then password-protect it.
Exercise 2 - Compatibility and Accessibility
Before you share your presentations with others—and decide how you want to share it—it's important to ensure that it's both compatible with the intended medium/system and accessible to intended users. PowerPoint provides tools to identify any potential issues while sharing a presentation.
In this exercise, you'll run compatibility and accessibility check on a presentation, then apply media compression to it.
