The Q & A

Tell us about yourself

"Currently, I am the SVP of cybersecurity in a large conglomerate dealing with multiple industries from retail & food to healthcare to education. I was also previously the Director of government cybersecurity operations in Singapore. I have spent my 24 years career with an equal balance between vendors and end-user environments. I offer a unique perspective on IT having been in product support and development to delivery and sales – covering the full spectrum of IT roles. I also have 2 patents to my name and love looking for ways to improve the way we work. I also have a good mix of international experience spending many years working in multiple countries and multiple industries from e-commerce to manufacturing and public sector. I am constantly upgrading my skills and also love to share my knowledge with others which is why I am an active adjunct fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, teaching classes on cybersecurity as well as other topics such as system thinking and quantum computing."
