Tell us about yourself:

"I am a marketing engineer, web developer, and data scientist. I'm an articulate professional with a strong educational background and multiple experiences in business management and digital marketing. I'm technically proficient in multiple programs and platforms, to include marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, CRM optimization tools, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, social media management, web design using HTML, CSS, and CMS, and videography skills including editing, production and animation using Final Cut and Adobe After Effects. With a proven skillset used to create and update digital user experiences via websites, social media campaigns, and mobile applications."

What brought you to teaching on Cybrary:

"Cybrary brings like-minded individuals together. I have used Cybrary before and I was happy with the results that I received. There are many courses to choose from with different leveled skill sets. With the short videos that come in bulk content, I was able to learn useful information at my own pace. More importantly, I was able to learn this information from an individual who had experience in the field. Then I thought to myself, “Wouldn't it be cool if I can contribute to this platform as well?” I have taught virtually before and prepared class material for students but never on a level as mass as Cybrary. Cybrary has millions of users and I want to be able to share useful information with millions of people. When I saw that Cybrary had openings for new professors I jumped at the opportunity and I was excited when they welcomed me on board. I was even more happy with the fact that being a Cybrary professor allows me to have access to all of the content on Cybrary. Not to mention I have a super flexible schedule that gives me enough time to prepare course materials and record lectures. The Cybrary community on discord is very helpful and enthusiastic as well. Everybody was very open and welcoming during my first month on the team. I am happy that I can now contribute to the growing network of information Cybrary has to offer."

"The job of Data scientist has become a new trend across the world, as the Data-driven decision-making is increasing in popularity. Each and every company no matter how small or big they are, looking for employees who can understand and analyze the data. The data scientist has already been declared as the hottest job, data scientist brings in skill sets and knowledge from various backgrounds such as mathematics, statistics, analytics, modeling, and business acumen Students will learn the fundamental components of data science. This course is designed to help students who are trying to figure out what data science is and this course is also designed to help those who are already in the industry that is looking to gain more insight on the topic. In this course, there will be examples of how data science can be applied in real life and work situations. Because data science is a very vague topic that can be applied to virtually any field, this class will help show steps needed to apply data science to any problem at hand. This class will also cover the role of a data scientist in the industry setting. Data science has a life cycle that can be applied so that anyone who is trying to tackle an issue using data science will have the fundamental steps needed to resolve the problem. There will also be visual aids throughout this course to help students gain a better understanding of definitions and real-world examples."
