Whether you’ve fully migrated to Office 365, use a hybrid Exchange and Office 365 deployment, or offer Office backup services, the business goals remain the same. You need to keep control of your data and need simple tools to back up and restore MSO 365 (Microsoft Office365) data quickly. For this, you have a solution that exports Office365 to PST and restores back when needed.

For IT, it means a worst-case scenario, when all you have to do is create and wait for a support ticket. Do not let it get that far.

SysTools Office365 Backup for MSO 365 minimizes the risk of losing access to e-mail data in Exchange Online and ensures data availability for your users.

Office 365 puts you in control of your data

With Microsoft Office 365, Always-On Enterprise ™ can be done anywhere, anytime without having to host your email infrastructure. At the same time, you need less hardware in the local infrastructure – and your IT team can devote to strategic tasks. Although Microsoft hosts the infrastructure, it does not relieve you of your responsibility to back up your Office 365 data.

With Office365, you have control over your data – but you’re also responsible for its protection. Export Office 365 to PST gives an extra level of security to your cloud data.

With SysTools Office365 Backup for Microsoft Office365 you can:

  • Take control of your organization’s Office 365 data

  • Export & Import Emails/Contacts/Calendar.

  • Export Office 365 to PST/EML file Format

  • Reduce the time spent searching for and recovering email data

  • Protect against data loss scenarios that are not covered by Microsoft

  • Allow migration of email data between Office and the local Exchange environment

Export Office 365 to PST and Exchange Locally at Any Destination

Securing your email data in your local environment is necessary for many reasons, including compliance with the 3-2-1 rule for backups, internal policies and compliance requirements, and e-discovery support. First and foremost, however, is the assurance that your users’ data be restored whenever needed.

With SysTools Office 365 Backup for Microsoft, you can retrieve mailbox objects from the 365 Exchange Online (emails, calendars, and contacts *), including public folders, from a cloud-based Office 365 instance and export them to PST/EML file format and save it locally on System, external media. It is an archive database based on the Extensible Storage Engine (ESE) (also known as the JET Blue database). You can also back up Exchange locally using the same APIs as Office 365. This reduces the impact on your running Exchange infrastructure and enables more frequent backups of your users’ email data.

You can also save your backups in the environment of your choices, such as your local infrastructure, a public hyper-scale cloud such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, or a local service provider. Backup Software for Microsoft email supports both global and local versions of Office.
